117: Reviewing your Professional Strategy (Part 1)

This episode is all about you! It’s your chance to focus on your own professional strategy and put to good use the strategic thinking you’ve been using for your in-school development, on your own personal development.

This will be the first of two episodes where I cover ways of reviewing your professional or career strategy. This is the time of year to take stock, pause to review and prepare for goal-setting in January.

Enjoy this episode. You’ll hear me prompting you to reflect on your professional development and how it’s gone in 2022 before pausing to relish the season. Be prepared for Part 2 in a couple of weeks when I’ll be setting strategic professional goals for 2023 with you.
