082: Doing the wrong things really well

Strategy is all about deciding what to do and what not to do.

I often come across schools who pride themselves in doing things really well BUT they haven't been asking themselves about WHAT to do in the absence of an embedded strategy, which sometimes means they're doing the wrong things, albeit really well.

In this episode, I explore why that's a problem and how to fix it.
