I then briefly explore the importance of creating an action plan and then reviewing and refining these actions on a continually rolling basis, and how being agile will help you be more effective in the way you form and deliver your actions.
Finally, I consider the ideal timeline for your action plans and how this will help you evolve your processes to make them more effective, targeted and fruitful.
